What's your return policy?

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 45 days of purchase. Cut or partially installed flooring is non-returnable. Damaged products are also not accepted. Special Orders come with a 30% restocking fee. Reach out if you have questions about a specific order.

Can I bring samples home?

Yes — visit the showroom and our team will help you pick out samples to take home before you commit. We strongly recommend seeing flooring in your actual lighting before buying a full order.

Do you handle installation?

Flooring Attic itself is an outlet for product sales and pickup. For installation, we have a trusted list 3rd party installers for every material except tile if you need help finding someone to install your new floors.
