Rigid Core Flooring/Multi-Layer Flooring
Multi-Layer Flooring is split into two groups: wood plastic composite (WPC) & stone plastic composite (SPC). WPC products represent the class of rigid LVT flooring with the expanded/foamed polymer core. The foamed core provides comfort and sound reduction. WPC products provide warmth, comfort, and are a hard surface equivalent to an 80-ounce luxurious carpet. SPC represents the class of rigid LVT flooring with a solid polymer core. The dense, mineral-filled core provides extra protection against indention to the floors. SPC is durable and wear-resistant and is similar to 26-ounce loop carpet.
